Much of the Yoga programming at Mountain Fitness Training Center is based upon Vinyasa Yoga philosophy and technique.  PiYo classes combine Pilates and Yoga methods of training.
When practiced regularly, Yoga and Pilates strengthen and awaken the core of the body producing a calm, clear mind as well as a balance of flexibility and power.
The linking of deep breathing and a flowing sequence of postures produces a purifying internal heat.
