Marvelous Mike has been a MFTC member since 2005 and lost over 30 lbs. while gaining strength and improving his health. His cholesterol levels dropped 30%. Mike regularly attends classes in Yoga, Stretch & Sculpt and works out in the gym. He feels fit with loads of energy, able to do hikes, and run. Mike says he is no longer ashamed to go out in public. Carol's is a story of courage. She began working with Marji two years ago after doctor's discovered a congenital aortic heart valve condition that required they replace the valve with a titanium one. On oxygen, walking with a cane and after all of the physical therapy sessions her insurance paid for used up, she started pilates sessions with Marji. Carol is mentally strong and determined. She has the attitude of an olympic athlete. Within six months, no more cane...within one year, oxygen only when she exercised...at two years, no more oxygen and her cardiologist has determined that her heart muscle wall is thicker...AMAZING!!!
