Great athletic class for kids and adults, ages 10 and up. Intense cardio, power, agility, speed and jump training workout. Instructed by Personal Fitness Coach Cazzi who specializes in plyometrics and functional training. Burn tons of calories while getting your abs and booty in shape with this aggressive and functional class.

LSD ride: Long Steady Distance
Hill Climbs: Warm-up & hit the hills. Seated and standing climbs combined into one great strength-training workout.
Intervals: Interval training is proven to enhance athletic performance. Move from low to high intensity in various time increments determined by the instructor.
Movie Night / Morning: Ride at a lower intensity for 90 to 120 minutes while enjoying a movie projected on our big screen and bring a date if you like.
Tempo: Seasonal speed and strength work. Great music makes a class. Breakaways, hill climbs, flats, cadence training coordinate with the beat of some great motivating tunes.

Yoga & PiYo
