Circuit class held in the Fitness Arena combining cardio training, strength, & core work. Muscle definition guaranteed!! Seasonal sports training emphasized!

Co-Ed Kickboxing

This 60 minute class is known to be the "fat burner" of all fitness classes! Sensei Shawna combines five different Martial Arts/Karate styles for a complete introduction to Martial Arts training with an emphasis on fitness. This is an entire body workout to upbeat music that will make you move your body! This is not a "dancy" class but does include boxxing bags, target pads, and gloves. One to two "real-life" grab and release escapes are practiced at the end of each class and all levels are welcome. Class format will be familiar to those who have attended general Kickboxing or Tae Bo class with a better emphasis on true Martial Arts practices.

Great athletic class for kids and adults, ages 10 and up.  Intense cardio, power, agility, speed and jump training workout.  Instructed by Personal Fitness Coach Cazzi who specializes in plyometrics and functional training.  Burn tons of calories while getting your abs and booty in shape with this aggressive and functional class.

LSD ride: Long Steady Distance

Hill Climbs: Warm-up & hit the hills. Seated and standing climbs combined into one great strength-training workout.

Intervals: Interval training is proven to enhance athletic performance. Move from low to high intensity in various time increments determined by the instructor.

Movie Night / Morning: Ride at a lower intensity for 90 to 120 minutes while enjoying a movie projected on our big screen and bring a date if you like.

Tempo: Seasonal speed and strength work. Great music makes a class. Breakaways, hill climbs, flats, cadence training coordinate with the beat of some great motivating tunes.

Mountain Fitness provides CycleOps Fluid Trainers for your road bike...or...the Schwinn Evolution stationary bike with SPD, LOOK, TIME, or caged pedals.

Yoga & PiYo

Much of the Yoga programming at Mountain Fitness Training Center is based upon Vinyasa Yoga philosophy and technique.  PiYo classes combine Pilates and Yoga methods of training.
When practiced regularly, Yoga and Pilates strengthen and awaken the core of the body producing a calm, clear mind as well as a balance of flexibility and power.
The linking of deep breathing and a flowing sequence of postures produces a purifying internal heat.
